Monthly Path (20-20)
KuPS
Any other score
St. Etienne
24 or fewer
Trail Blazer 3 pointer
Detroit
Weird how all the hockey ran close to the same numbers. Heres the order I would rank them:
Penguins- Sharks- Devils- Hurricanes
Pacers and Penguins probably the best 2 picks on Friday night. Kind of like 24 or fewer as well.
1000 KuPS- They won the last time these 2 played about a week ago. Confidence:2
122 Any other score- Tried researching this pick a little bit at least even though its pretty unpredictable. To add on top of that they are using 2 different courses for this tournament. Phil dominated the par 5s on Thursday going 2 birdies, an eagle, and 1 par. Phils a pretty good chance for a birdie on the par 5s. The 2nd hole on this course was the easiest hole on Thursday with 31 birdies, 12 pars and 4 bogeys. Granted they could switch it to a tough pin location but I'll take my chances here with Phil birdieing. Confidence:2
230 St. Etienne- Basically a pick em game with St. Etienne being high in the standings and Toulouse low. Only reason Toulouse doesn't have the draw option is because they are at home. Confidence:4
230 Bayer Leverkusen- Confidence:3
300 Espanyol- Confidence:1
700 New Jersey Devils- Confidence:3
700 Pittsburgh Penguins- Maybe I'm being too hard on the Guins since a lot of numbers point to this being a pretty good pick but I have seen the Rangers beat us before. Lundqvist is most likely going to be in net and Malkin and Crosby have done really well against him in the past. Guins have had the Rangers number this year. The killer for me last year was every time I picked the Penguins on SFTC depended if Letang was playing. This team this year is a little different with Maatta being back there. Penguins should win this game but Lundqvist is more than capable of playing well so I don't feel as great. Confidence:3
700 Carolina Hurricanes- Confidence:3
700 Philadelphia 76ers- Confidence:2
700 Yale- Confidence:2
700 Fairfield- Despite what their records are I think these teams are pretty even. Never have seen either play. Fairfield was a sleeper of some experts to have a shot to win the MAAC. Monmouth on the other hand was projected to finish last by almost every project. These teams played earlier this year Monmouth won 63-60. Monmouth shot a really high FG% in the game while Fairfield made a lot of 3s to stay in it. I think Fairfield gets a win here. Confidence:3
702 Manhattan- Confidence:1
705 Villanova by 15- Confidence:2
710 Indiana Pacers- At least a pick that has to be favored with the Pacers being 23-2 at home. Portland has been struggling recently. Definitely considering it as 1 of the better picks on Friday. Confidence:3
711 24 or fewer- Confidence:3
730 Boston Celtics- Confidence:1
730 New York Knicks- Confidence:2
730 Detroit Pistons- Confidence:1
825 Trail Blazer 3 pointer- Confidence:2
900 Phoenix Coyotes- Confidence:1
905 Detroit- Confidence:2
905 DePaul- Confidence:1
1030 San Jose Sharks- Will be interesting to see whos in net for Columbus. Don't trust the back up and don't expect Brobvosky to play on back to back nights. Sharks have been in a little bit of a slump but always a good pick at home. Confidence:3
