Tiger Woods to win this tournament is -450 in large part due to the fact he was the favorite to win at the beginning. I haven't watched a lot of this tournament but most of the field struggled yesterday. That tells me there were some tough hole placements. There are only 2 golfers who have a shot to catch Tiger and that's Zach Johnson and Bubba Watson. I think as long as 1 of those 2 guys don't go off or Tiger doesn't get too conservative that he'll win this. He is the host of this tournament so I think its an added reason for why he will want to win here. Confidence:6

1230 Rory McIlroy- These are 2 of the best golfers in the world. Rory didn't have a great year for his standards last year. I am not a huge fan of McDowell but he finds way to play at certain tournaments. This course fits Rory perfectly. Long par 5 were if he handles the par 5s should be able to be in contention to win this tournament this weekend. If this was a whole round I would be pretty confident in this pick. 3 par 5s should be 3 birdie opportunities for Rory. Rory is definitely the pick here. Confidence:3

300 Lyon- Both are decent teams but Lyon is a little better and at home. Confidence:2

700 Dallas Stars- Toronto plays better at home but the Stars are a very good defense team. Toronto has some key players injured. I have this game as a toss up but I would lean towards Dallas here. Confidence:1

700 San Jose Sharks- Another hockey game I have has pretty much a toss up. Sharks probably the best team in the NHL right now. Penguins have so much talent and are so tough at home. If I pick this game I would go Penguins. Confidence:1

1100 Chievo Verona- They certainly are the pick here because they are a solid home team and Reggina is in pretty bad form at the moment. Verona to win is around -140 I think that is a little too high but they should win here. Confidence:2

245 Manchester United- Even without RVP this team continues to play well. I cant pick against them here at home. Everton has been good this year but United should get the W here. Confidence:3

245 No- Confidence:1

245 Manchester City- They haven't been great on the road this year. But they are on fire lately. I think as long as they play their regular starters they should win. Confidence:4

347 Manchester United- Confidence:1

700  ACC- I think they split 3-3 today. I think the ACC is just a better conference this year. I think NC State will definitely win, Virginia should win, and BC and Miami actually have a decent shot. My initial prediction is BC will be the 3rd but I think they get 3 here. Confidence:2

703 11 points or fewer- I think both teams have multiple scoring options and both are solid defensively. Confidence:1

704 Virginia- Should be a good game and it might be the first to 60 or 65 wins. Virginia's defense is just too good for me to pass up here. I think since their so solid defensively they'll be able to limit Wisconsin offense and their outside shooting and ultimately win this game. Confidence:3

705 Denver Nuggets- I didn't think I would of said this a couple of weeks ago but the Nuggets are one of the hottest teams in the NBA. I think they could struggle with traveling here so I think this is an opportunity for a let down game given Cleveland tough at home. But given how the West has played against the East this year they have to be at least considered a decent pick here. Confidence:3

900 Spezia- I have yet to find out a whole lot of info about this match. Spezia to advance is around -130 which shows they are the favorite. Odds for them to win this match are pretty low. I have to go with the odds and hope for a draw at home for Spezia. Confidence:1

100 Lille- Even those both of these teams are at the top of the standings I think Lille is the much better team. They have scored 17 goals and only given up 4 through 15 games which is really impressive. They have great at home going 7-0-3 in their last 10. I have to think Lille finds a way to win this match. Confidence:2

300 AS Monaco- They are the better team out of these 2. But they really aren't in great form and struggle on the road. Monaco should win this game but a draw here wouldn't surprise me. Confidence:2

300 Crystal Palace- Neither team is really that good. Hard game for me to pick considering I hate taking road teams to straight up win. West Ham has only scored 4 goals on the road in 6 games. The much safer play is the draw at home in my opinion. Confidence:2

300 1 team- Really a toss up since the o/u is set at 2 with a lean on the over. Im going to say 1 of these teams scores in the first half. Confidence:1

402 No- I doubt they get more than 1 so I might switch if they don't score in the 1st half. Confidence:1

705 Philadelphia 76ers- Confidence:1

705 San Jose Sharks- They are absolutely on fire lately going 8-1-1 in their last 10. Toronto has all kinds of problems. Even though Sharks on the road they should win this game. Confidence:3

705 Columbus Blue Jackets- Really a toss up but I don't trust the Lightning that much without Stamkos. Confidence:1

715 Yes ACC- I think this pick really comes down to 2 who wins 2 games. The odds have really shifted towards Georgia Tech and Minnesota. Duke Syracuse Pitt and Iowa should all win their games. I still think Illinois is a better team than GT but odds are really pointing to them winning at least 4 games today. If you were to parlay the 3 most likely to win tonight for the big 10 it would be around +250. Confidence:4

717 Indiana 3 pointers- This is a really tough pick for me as I have it as a toss up. The game all comes down to who dictates the pace. If Indiana can get out and face break and not let Syracuse play their defense then Indiana might have a shot. I got Cuse winning by around 5-8 points and Indiana hitting enough 3s to keep it close. Confidence:2

719 Illinois - They are the better team here but will be a good road test for them. Confidence:2

732 Penn ST- toss up for me. Pitt has looked great so far this year but sometimes they let bad teams keep games closer than the spread is. This is kind of a rivalry game for both teams so I expect Penn St should come out and play well here. Confidence:1

735 Florida Panthers- Confidence:1

735 Denver Nuggets- Nuggets are just the better team at the moment winning 6 in a row. Nets have so many issues for a team that was suppose to be the top of the East. Without pierce and Williams I don't know how you can like the Nets. I mean sure Johnson could go off. Only thing that scares me is Denver doesn't play great defense and this game could be high scoring so it could let the Nets in the game. But more times than not Nuggets winning this game. Confidence:4

805 Vancouver Canucks- Canucks are the better team in my opinion and have played really well on the road this year. They are in a bit of a slump so I really don't have a whole lot of confidence in them. Confidence:1

920 Duke winning margin- Now this pick will probably surprise some people. Since Michigan is a great 3 point shooting team and it basically all they do. Now I don't actually have this stat but I will try and find it tomorrow when I research this pick a little more but Coach K RARELY if ever loses 2 games in a row. I don't think Michigan is a great team and think they are a pretty easy team to scout for. In Michigan both losses this year they struggled against teams that were more athletic then they are or at least could match it. Michigan is averaging close to 9 3s a game but that number is a little skewed due to the fact they hit 15 against LBSU.  I mean even though they could hit 7 or 8 here I think Duke absolutely dominates them here at home. Confidence:3


920 Iowa DD- pick could come down to how Marble is. I heard he was hurt a couple games ago and his minutes could take a hit. If that is the case I might switch. But if he is 100 or close to 100 I have to Iowa here. They just are the better team. Confidence:1

935 Minnesota- I think they are the better team and playing at home. They should win this game. Confidence:3

935 Phoenix Coyotes- Good come to down to whos in net in this game. I actually like the talent Edmonton has and the potential but they really haven't play up to it this year. They have been playing better of late. But its hard to pick them and have any confidence given how bad their defense has been. I would lean slightly on the Coyotes if Smith is in net. Confidence:2

1005 Anaheim Ducks- Ducks are in a bit of a slump but they should definitely win this game. They always play tough at home. They are 10-0-1 their this year. Kings are tough all the time. But given Quick is out Scrivens might be asked to play on back to back days which I don't like in hockey. If the Kings choose not to use Scrivens they will be having a rookie making his first career start which is really tough especially against a good offensive team like Anaheim. 7 of Anaheims win at home this year have been my 2 goals or more. Ducks will win this game more times than not. Confidence:4

800 CSKA Moscow- Not very confident in this pick because Moscow is the better team. Rostov is a really tough home team. I think Moscow should get it done tomorrow. Confidence:2

1230 PAOK - This is a toss up for me. Confidence:1

100 Fiorentina- They are the better team and having been playing pretty good lately. Verona is not a good road team. I got Fiorentina winning 2-0 today. Confidence:4

300 Lazio- I love this pick. I wouldn't even be surprised if Lazio won this match. They have only 1 loss in their last 10 games. Napoli is in absolutely bad form right now losing their last 3 games. I really like Lazio to get a result here. Confidence:5

702 UConn- This is a solid pick considering UConn is getting 5 points. I think from a talent stand point I give a slight edge to UConn. Florida is a team that might surprise some people with how many players they lost. Wilbekin a key player for them will making his 2nd start and it will be interesting to see how they start to come together as a team. I think this game should be close but UConn at home is too tough for me here. Confidence:4

703 Napier- Its only for a half but Napier should win this pick. Florida is solid defensively which scares me. But they spread the ball around offensively. I think now that Wilbekin is back for Florida it will take shots away from Prather. Only way I think this pick loses is if Napier gets in foul trouble or if Prather goes off. But just based on how they have played so far this year and by how many shots they will probably take Napier has an edge. Confidence:3

704 Auburn- I think Auburn is kind of an underrated team and I really haven't been that impressed with Iowa State. I think 20 is a lot for this game. Confidence:3

840 Seattle Seahawks- This should be a great game on Monday night. But I have to take the Seahawks here for a couple of reasons. 1 is the Saints have not played well outside of New Orleans all year. The weather is suppose to be cold so for me those kind of conditions favors the team with the better defense and better running game. Seattle should have an edge with both of those. Seattle hasn't played great in some of their last couple games considering they were against some bad teams. But they found ways to win. I think with Seattle coming off of  a bye week and playing behind the crowd on MNF will get them the win there. Sure they have a comfortable lead in their division but I think they want home field so they will come out and win this game. Confidence:6

841 Drew Brees completions- I expect a low scoring game. I think weather could play a factor but Brees should win this because he spread the ball around so well. Confidence:2

905 Mercer- I think Mercer's ability to score will keep this game close. I think if they can get out and fast break it could give Oklahoma trouble here. Oklahoma should win this game but from what I have seen Mercer is a decent team. Confidence:3

905 Texas DD- Confidence:1

1005 Indiana Pacers- Both of these teams are playing on back to back days. Both teams won that game. Its just really hard for me to pick against the Pacers the way they are playing but not very confident since both teams are really good. Confidence:1

1015 No- Only way I would think about changing this is if Seahawks start to pull away a little bit because then the Saints will be throwing the ball more and I could see them scoring 2. But given how both teams are solid defensively this has to be a decent pick. Confidence:3

1030 St. Louis Blues- 2 of the best teams in NHL. Blues are red hot but Kings at home are tough. I think with Quick on IR it gives a slight edge to the Blues in this game. Confidence:1
