SFTC Picks for Monday 6/10

As of right now I don't like a lot of picks for tomorrow. Might change some of the picks if the lineups change at all.


130 Portugal- Clearly the better team and better pick. I just don't feel that confident about it because its a friendly. Confidence:2

131 No Croatia doesn't score- Confidence:2

705 North Carolina-I said yesterday that I thought UNC got lucky on Saturday. South Carolina bats have really been swinging the ball well the last 2 games. But Mike Fox is really tough in elimination games. Fox didn't really use any good pitcher in the bullpen to basically have everyone for this game because he wants to get to Omaha. I think they make it. Confidence:4

707 Tampa Bay Rays- Think should win this game. Boston has an edge hitting and have been on fire recently. That is due to the weak starting pitching from LA Angels. Lackey is too inconsistent for me to know what to expect. Cobb was absolutely dominant in his last outing. Hope he continues you and will get a W as long as I think the Rays score at least 5 runs. Confidence:3

708 Yes throw 14 pitches- Confidence:3

710 Milwaukee Brewers- Think they are the better pick. Braun probably wont play and Gallardo has struggled of late and is hard to know what to expect. Confidence:2

735 No- Confidence:1

805 Chicago Cubs- Cincinnati clearly the better team but dont have faith in Bailey on road. Struggles sometimes on the road and Feldman has been pretty consistent all year. Confidence:1

805 Texas Rangers- Kazmir is not a great road pitcher. Cleveland is really struggling of late. Rangers have struggled the last couple of game. Think they should win this game. Confidence:3

810 Toronto Blue Jays- Think they are the better pick here because of the way they have been playing. They seem like they are starting to heat up. Dickey has been inconsistent but has shown some signs that he still has it. I think he should be able to handle the White Sox lineup. As of right now this most likely will be my most confident pick even though I don't feel great about it.  Confidence:3

810 Detroit Tigers- I just cant pick against the Tigers. Both teams are hot of late and both coming off decent win streaks. It seems the Tigers don't give Fister any run support since they haven't scored in his last 16 innings. Tigers just have a huge lineup advantage especially when almost all the key hitters hit Guthrie well. It is really hard to pick against them. Confidence:4

820- 9 or fewer- Confidence:2

915 No run- But this could change depending who will be expected to be up in the order. I think the Rays bullpen might be a little tired. Could be interesting so pick wisely. Confidence:2

1010 Atlanta Braves- Hard to pick against the Braves the way they have been playing and swinging the bats. Marquis is having a really good year so will be interesting to see. Confidence:2
