I don't like any of the soccer picks tomorrow but just feel they are the better pick if you are picking those games.


1200 PFK Samara- I got this pick as a toss up. CSKA Moscow had a draw in their first game of the league but has a really good offense. I think Samara is good enough to keep this game close but watch out because the Russian League is really unpredictable. I say CSKA Moscow wins 2-1. Confidence:1

1200 Norway- Don't let the percentages fool you on this pick. I understand the reasoning for the percentages because people know Spain for being 1 of the best countries for soccer. The only reason this does not count as a trap pick is because Norway is actually favored. Norway is in good form in this tournament and is coming off of 2 wins. Spain on the other hand has 1 draw and 1 loss. I am expecting a low scoring game just hoping Norway gets it done. Confidence:2

245 Denmark- I don't feel good about this pick because Denmark has not looked very good in their last couple games. France is more than capable of winning by 2 but I am just hoping Denmark keeps it close. Confidence:1

707 Los Angeles Dodgers- Dodgers are red hot right now after beating up on the Nationals. Ryu has been good all year but has high road numbers. Johnson has been really inconsistent this year but has done a lot better at home. Melky Cabrera came off the DL on Sunday which should be a huge boost for the Blue Jays. I think a lot depends of who plays for the Dodgers. Puig is expected to play but Kemp might not play. If all of the Dodgers hitters are in the lineup I cant pick against them. Confidence:2

707 Texas Rangers- Rangers bats are really cold of late. Darvish has struggled in his last couple starts but I cant pick against him here at home. Really hoping that the Rangers can get their bats going at home. Nova has been good this year and has done well in his starts against the Rangers. Hoping this isn't 1 of those too good to be true picks. Vegas has this around -190. Confidence:5

710 Tampa Bay Rays- Matt Moore has looked like he has got back to the way he was pitching at the beginning of the season. Though he hasn't always pitched well against Boston. I think Workmans numbers are a little misleading and will be interesting to see how he pitches in the first game in Boston. I cant pick against the Rays because of how hot they are but Boston has done well in the season series. Confidence:3

810 Yes HR- HR ball park but there are 2 good pitchers going. Confidence:1

940 Arizona Diamondbacks- Tough pick since Garza has been solid recently. I like Skaggs even though he has struggled in a couple starts this year. Just have a hard time trusting the Cubs lineup on the road. Confidence:4

1010 Cleveland Indians- Not going to even bother doing a full writeup for this game. I don't like Jimenez but he always seems to win on SFTC. Mariners on a 6 game win streak. Confidence:1

1015 San Francisco Giants- Arroyo has high road numbers but usually pitches well against the Giants. Will be interesting to see how Lincecum pitches after his no hitter. Think the Reds bullpen is a little tired from the series against Pittsburgh. Confidence:2
