1005 Detroit Tigers- As much as I dont really like backing the Tigers when Miggy isnt 100%. I just think the difference between Sanchez and Kazmir is enough for me here. As good as Kazmir has been pitching this year I cant back him against the Tigers. Most of the Tigers top hitters have been in the league long enough to see Kazmir a couple of times. Tigers are 10-3 this year against lefties this year. I like to continue that trend in this game with Sanchez outpitching Kazmir in a low scoring game. I expect but I wouldnt be totally shocked if Miggy isnt playing so if he isnt I might change the pick to a lower confidence. Confidence:3
